Our Pastors

Pastors Jerry and Tami McKinney are passionate about helping people live their best life by putting God first. Pastor Jerry’s call to ministry began after a near-death experience while surfing in high school. After earning his Bachelor’s degree from Southeastern University and spending years in politics and land development, he stepped fully into pastoral ministry. He and Pastor Tami have three sons, all serving the Lord, and are blessed with nine grandchildren. They love spending time with family, sharing meals at Pancake House, and staying active together.

Often called “San Diego’s Pastor,” Pastor Jerry carries an apostolic voice that reaches far beyond our city, helping plant churches, mentor pastors, and impact nations around the world.

Known for being genuine, prayer-filled leaders with a deep love for the Bible, their heart is to equip believers for a meaningful life of service. Pastor Jerry says, “My desire is to teach you the truth of the Gospel and equip you for the ministry through ‘on-the-job’ practical training—so you can live a meaningful life serving the Lord and making a difference in the lives of others.”

Pastor Tami leads FAME Women’s Ministry, creating spaces where faith, friendship, and prayer come together for Holy Spirit life change. She is also a gifted teacher and international communicator, calling people to step into their God-given purpose.
